
IMPROV' COMEDY WORKSHOP
Improvisation is the art of thinking on your feet. As well as being an essential tool for comedic performers to develop their audience interactions, it is a powerful life skill that improves verbal and physical communication and team collaborations. This workshop focuses on short-form improvisational comedy, scene work and ensemble-based theatre games and are taught in a fun and very supportive environment.
Students will get to work with and learn from veteran Broadway entertainer and comedian Mina Liccione. Mina is a life-long performer with a distinguished background in arts education, theatre and Cirque. This spirited, energizing and de-stressing course is offered for all levels who want to develop their improv' skills and perhaps join our professional Dubomedy Improv' Troupe. The course ends with a final improv' jam night.
